Skip this pack — it’s not as advertised. I opened it the day it arrived and immediately noticed it’s narrower (they claim 40×30×20, mine measured about 40×25×20), so my laptop won’t fit; the laptop pocket isn’t a separate sleeve either. The fabric and zippers seem solid though, which was a surprise. Contacted support, they called it a "preference" and denied free return. Pretty disappointed, want a refund.
Fix rather than fuss
I was midway through a trip to South Africa when one wheel literally gave out while switching terminals — annoying, especially since I have chronic lower-back pain and pick luggage based on sturdiness. Contacted customer service and spoke to a rep called Liberty; she was straightforward and actually followed through (rare). The original model turned out to be out of stock so they processed a refund quickly and I ordered a three-piece set instead. Delivery was surprisingly fast, packaging fine. Not thrilled a wheel failed, but relieved the service and delivery made fixing it painless.
A solid surprise before the trip
I needed new luggage because my old suitcase split on the way to a conference and my lower back can't handle dragging awkward bags anymore. I ordered this set on a whim after some Trustpilot-ish looking reviews (I didn't know the brand), and the moment I was actually satisfied was when the boxes showed up a few days before my trip and I could test everything out. The carry-on surprised me — pockets in places I forgot to ask for, a waterproof toiletries pocket that's actually big enough, and a strap that locks it onto my roller without tipping. Zippers were a little stiff at first, and the color was slightly off compared to the photos, but overall it felt sturdy and thought-through. I'll probably order another for my partner.
Bag size and slow follow-up
nice material, wrong size. I messaged customer support straight away and went back and forth for ages. They finally picked it up from my house on April 14 and said they'd send a replacement. It's been four days since pickup and I still haven't heard anything — no confirmation, no tracking, nothing. This is my second time posting about the same issue. The product itself could work for someone, but the follow-up left me annoyed and a bit disappointed.
Not great, but not a total mess
I wouldn’t recommend this as a smooth option, though they did agree to sort it out in the end. I needed a replacement suitcase last minute because my old one literally fell apart the day before a trip and my bad back means I can’t lug a heavy, awkward bag around. The suitcase that arrived looked used. Like someone else had already sent it back. I sent photos. They said nothing was wrong. After a bit of arguing they agreed to take it back and promised a replacement would be sent before my holiday. That promise vanished — no tracking, slow replies (three days to get an email), and then I was told the item was actually out of stock. Annoying and sloppy. I’ve accepted a refund and they say it’s being processed, so that’s something. Still chasing confirmation though. So, frustrating experience with poor communication, but at least they offered a refund and didn’t fight me on returning it.
Mid-coffee relief
I was halfway through my morning coffee when I spotted the tracking email — weirdly empty — and thought, great, here we go. Placed the order for next‑day delivery, got that ghost tracking, rang customer service (not their finest hour, to be honest) and they admitted there were issues and couldn’t give a timeframe. I nearly walked away and asked for a refund, but hung on one more day. The moment I actually knew I was satisfied was when the box showed up the following morning, all wrapped up nicely and exactly what I ordered — that little “oh, finally” feeling. First impression on using it was better than expected; simple, no fuss, worked straight away. Still annoyed about the runaround and the vague replies, but the product and the final delivery salvaged it. Would I order again? Maybe, with a cautious eye on tracking and a backup plan. Small bumps, but in the end it did what I needed.
Surprisingly okay, but be ready to chase
keep chasing and ask for confirmation emails. I hope they sort out their tracking/system because that would make this a much smoother experience.
Almost bought a dream bag
good product idea, terrible delivery luck; try a competitor.
