My Experience with Aerosoles Online
As a customer of Aerosoles, I have had a great experience with the company. Their online store is easy to navigate and the selection of shoes is fantastic. I particularly love their comfort technology, which makes wearing their shoes a dream. The prices are also very reasonable and they offer frequent sales and discounts. I have recommended Aerosoles to many friends and family members who are also now loyal customers.
Customer Service Experience
I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at that store recently. I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but never got a response. It was really frustrating not hearing back and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.
Unreceived shoes, poor customer service
I recently bought a pair of shoes that never showed up because of issues with the carrier. Trying to contact the company was a total pain since they don't do phone calls anymore and only reply through an online form. No live chat option meant I couldn't talk to a real person in real-time, which only added to my frustration. They did end up giving me a refund, but I was bummed they didn't offer to send me a replacement pair when they still had my size in stock. Other companies usually do that without customers having to ask. When I asked about reordering the shoes at the original price, they unhelpfully said the promotion was over, completely missing the fact that I just wanted the shoes I ordered in the first place. It was a really frustrating and disappointing experience, so I won't be shopping with them again.
