First case purchase
I just bought something from this company for the first time and it didn't go too well. The product I got wasn't up to par with what I was hoping for, so I reached out to customer service for help. I tried emailing them and filling out forms on their website, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's really frustrating because they promise quick responses according to their shipping and return policy.
Phone case purchase, incorrect model
The phone case I ordered was totally off, not the right model for my phone, and the quality was trash. It was like they tried to make cheap plastic look like copper but failed miserably. I tried hitting up customer service to get a refund or exchange, but they straight up ghosted me. I called, left voicemails, sent emails, and even dropped a comment on their social media, but they just swept it all under the rug. It's super irritating to be treated like this as a customer. Their customer service is shady and definitely not reliable.

I recently ordered a phone case online and got the wrong one. My bad, but I offered to pay extra for the right one. The case was cool but kinda cheap. I tried hitting up customer service through emails, calls, and even Facebook, but got zero response. Super bummed about the lack of communication. This experience has me thinking twice about the company. They need to step up their game or they're gonna lose all their customers. People deserve better treatment and service.
