the boots failed early. The warranty process exists. It works to the point of creating a case and promising a replacement. But the pace and the repeated documentation requests make the whole thing wearying.
I’m thankful the company didn’t ignore me. I’m also clear that I expect a concrete outcome. I want the promised replacement or fair compensation. It’s not about the money as much as the respect shown to a customer who stuck with the brand.
