Small-business letdown
supplier this, supplier that, and even a request for a serial number from a different brand. They offered a tiny refund for well over $100 of missing bits. After dragging for almost a month I had to do a chargeback. Glad my bank finally helped, but service and delivery were weak.

I took it to the skatepark and man, that thing jumped like 3 feet high! It even dropped from 6 feet and didn't break! It got some scratches, but no big deal. It's so smooth to control in the air too. If you land on the nose, the bumper might go behind the shell, but you can just pop it back out. It's like magic!

Okay, so my S1 helicopter from this company was actually in good condition, no damage at all. But man, let me tell you about that T8 transmitter it came with... Total disaster! It wouldn't charge my batteries properly and only two out of the three red lights would come on when I turned it on. Like, seriously, what's up with that? I had to use a different transmitter just to get my heli in the air. I tried talking to Frank from the company about it, but they aren't taking me seriously and keep asking for photos. It's so frustrating! I'm over it, not gonna shop with them again.
RC helicopter purchase
I was super excited when the helicopter I ordered showed up earlier than expected! The case it came in was really cool and showed the helicopter off nicely. The user manual was easy to understand, which was perfect for someone like me who's just starting out. The only downside was that one of the wheels didn't spin because it was damaged, but my first flight went really well overall! It was easy to control, especially with the GPS and optical flow features to help me out. Unfortunately, one of the batteries wouldn't charge and I couldn't get a hold of customer service, which was a huge letdown.
