I opened the box on my kitchen counter while making coffee and found someone else’s stuff — plus their delivery note with full name, address and phone number. Not great. I use this product daily (morning routine stuff), so it was annoying to be without it, but at least there was a refund issued after I complained. The company later admitted they’d sent wrong orders to two customers, which explains the mix-up, but they then got weird about the privacy questions. They kept pushing for phone calls and wouldn’t put on paper whether my details had been shared, or explain how they checked the breach. So yeah, refund = appreciated, quick resolution of the charge, and I’m grateful for that, but the handling felt a bit brush-offy and opaque. If you value clear, written answers about data and delivery, this might make you think twice. For now I’ll probably shop elsewhere, unless they tighten up their communication.
Charged twice after misdelivery
I almost skipped buying from Bazta because a friend had a weird experience, but I saw a good deal on Instagram and gave it a shot. Big regrets. My order was sent to the wrong city (Ipswich instead of London) and when I asked them to redirect it they told me the courier (DPD) won't change things once it's in transit. Fine, I thought they'd sort a refund — they told me via support ticket last week that it was processed. Turns out it wasn't, and to make things worse they debited my card again for £9.95 on top of the original £9.88. I raised a ticket Monday and haven't heard back. I wanted to trust them, and parts were promising, but the lack of follow-through and the extra charge really killed that trust.
