Very unclear return policy. I bought on my phone and never saw it until ti was too late. The sizing is so off. The quality for the price is terrible.
I bought 5 different dresses
What a joke. First they don’t return your emails. Second no refunds. How in the world do you have a successful business that does not refund anything when you are looking for dresses for a wedding? You dress must be perfect. So don’t shop here period. You are stuck with a store credit if something doesn’t work out. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Dresses and shoes
They ignored many emails, and then “couldn’t” find my order to refund me…coincidentally the next day my order (2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered) shipped out and they couldn’t refund me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced, and when they’re called out for how bad their service is…they’re petty about it. Cheap looking clothes that are overpriced. Don’t waste your time, I really wish I didn’t.
Dress
Ordered a dress and it said it was ship and arrive between certain dates. When it became delayed I emailed to let them know I had just closed on my house and need to change the ship address due to the delay. I emailed them multiple times because I never got a response. Then I got a response how they were gone or something and notated the updated ship address. Of course... they ship it to the wrong house that I no longer have access to nor the mail box to. Their response to me.... can you go get it from the previous house?! No I can’t if I could I wouldn’t of requested the change!!! This was a wedding dress I was wearing for my elopement. No answer since asking can’t I get it from another house. How disappointing, horrible customer service
Jumpsuit
I ordered a jumpsuit which wasn't the right size. Instead of being able to return the item for a refund, I am only issued store credit. This needs to be much clearer in the ordering process as it would have factored into my decision to purchase. If I don't find anything else I like, I've just given them a $70 donation??
I purchased a dress
My order was placed months ago and my card was charged but I still have not received my order? I also sent 3 emails and not one has been responded to
Same, I finally direct messaged them too and they said they would send out another package for me and update tracking but never have.
Same here! They're email automatically sends a response saying they're delayed. But I ordered my dress 4/15, it's 5/21 and tracking says it hasn't even been scanned it yet.
Have you guys received your dresses? Mine says has been shipped but has been sitting at this one place for 2 weeks.
I was wondering why they don’t have any reviews on their website. Now I know the reason ????????
