Needed the cushion for my aching back, missed delivery but company resent it, relieved.
Handy but bulky
Nice case and power bank. Works well, but a tad bulky.
The morning it ran
I actually felt satisfied the morning it ran without fuss — used it for my daily commute playlist and it just worked, no drama.
Solid but snug case
Pulled it out of my pocket and thought huh — my friend had tipped me about Benks earlier. MagSafe grip is solid, though the fit’s a tad snug; still worth it.
Slim swap
Slim little power bank felt really solid and light, easy to carry in a coat pocket. It died after about a year, but support sent a newer model free and fast, appreciated, honestly too
Last-minute worry
Was worried because I had to travel and asked about pre-order timing; silence for days, then they canceled without a word. Still, package showed up when I needed it for my daily coffee routine, so I'm relieved. Support needs to be firmer, though.
Quick swap, weird fit
I hesitated before buying because the ArmorPro looked bulky in photos. Started using it the day it arrived; initial fit felt awkward around the buttons. I complained and they sent a replacement quickly—international shipping was surprisingly fast. Still not flawless, but it does protect well.
Thought it was junk, kinda proved me wrong
after a week it broke in a bit and now it's fine for daily use.
Kinda surprised
I first saw this from a friend's recommendation and on YouTube. I tried to cancel and they didn't answer my emails — annoying — but the product arrived and works really well. Glad it turned out okay, honestly.
Caught my eye - nice feel
I saw this on a buddy’s phone and asked where he got it. I was skeptical at first. It feels solid and soft at the same time. Snug fit, no loose edges, and it’s light so the phone still feels sleek. Took a while to arrive, but honestly worth it — happy with how it handles.
Finally protected after a hiccup
Was halfway through showing it to a friend when I remembered the first shipment never arrived — annoying at first, but support picked up quickly and sorted everything without drama. I actually saw this Benks full set on a coworker's Z Fold 7 and they tipped me; slim fit, hinge is covered and it keeps the phone looking slim. Pretty relieved it's finally on my device, and delivery was quicker after the resend.
Tiny crack, big disappointment
I noticed a little bump on my iPhone case and realized the upper corner had a hairline crack after maybe a week. I hadn't dropped the phone — I carry it in my pocket, set it on my desk all day and use it on my commute. The case bragged about "Kevlar" and "armor" but didn't hold up. I reached out to Benks and they called it normal wear and tear, which felt dismissive. For the price I'm honestly annoyed and won't buy again.
Pretty but fragile
not worth it if you want real protection — pretty but fragile. I grabbed the ArmorTint Kevlar case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max back in October and at first I loved how light and sleek it was. Fast forward six months of typical home/office use and a few thin spots ripped out, which in turn wrecked my glass screen protector. I've had tougher luck with other brands that lasted way longer. It does look nice and fits great, but it didn’t hold up.
Skip the return
skip the return. I ordered this jacket three weeks ago and unboxed it the day it arrived. First impression was fine — clean packing, matched photos. The fit was off though, too narrow at the shoulders. I contacted support right away. That’s where it broke down. Short, repetitive replies. They refused to accept the clear fit issue and kept giving template answers. Back-and-forth followed for days. The jacket itself is okay — zips work, fabric feels decent — but it's not wearable for me. I gave up returning it and kept it tucked in a closet. Not ideal.
Sleek kit that actually matches
the wallet only fits two cards comfortably, I kinda wish for one more slot. Also the power bank gets a tad warm on heavy use, but nothing crazy. If you like stuff that matches and looks clean while still being practical, this set is worth it. Tip: get the same color for the full effect.
Bought it despite doubts — mixed results
I was on the fence about buying this 3‑in‑1 charger — price wasn't cheap and I wasn't sure about the brand — but the pictures looked neat so I ordered it. First week it sat nicely on the nightstand, felt solid and I liked the tidy look. After a month my Apple Watch started getting warm and kept waking up while charging. Also I got the wrong color in the box. Reached out to support twice about warranty/refund, no reply. Design's fine, support is a bust.
Odd start, decent delivery
fit looked fine but the magnet was off to the left and the mic holes weren't cut right. I emailed support. At first they said no exchanges, which annoyed me, so I filed a chargeback. After a week I did get my money back, thankfully, but it shouldn't have taken that. Delivery was reliable. Customer service felt unhelpful. Glad it ended okay, though it could be smoother. If you're buying, know delivery is fine but expect extra hassle with returns.
Small drama, but the case itself is great
the case feels really nice. Ordered mid-July, waited a while with no tracking updates and asked to cancel when plans changed. They didn’t act on the cancellation fast enough, shipped it anyway, and then told me returning it would cost me a lot since it’d have to go back to overseas. That part was annoying and felt unfair. Anyway, once it arrived I was actually pleasantly surprised: snug fit, slightly grippy texture, not slippery at all, buttons are easy to press and the camera lip protects well. It’s lighter than I expected, which I like — doesn’t add bulk in the pocket. I’ve had worse communication from other sellers before, so this was familiar territory, but at least the product quality made up for some of the headache. I’m grateful it worked out in the end, even if the return rules were frustrating. If you’re okay with potential delays and strict return policies, the case itself is worth it.
