Halfway through my morning I spotted a tiny defect on the case and yeah, I was annoyed — needed a solid case because I drop my phone all the time (commute, kids, whatever). Reached out to support and they actually replied right away, offered a replacement and mailed it within a day. The moment I slid the new case on and it fit like the old ones I’ve had, I was sold. Polite people, quick turnaround, pleasantly surprised.
Finally showed up, kind of

I reached out to Benks and they called it normal wear and tear, which felt dismissive. For the price I'm honestly annoyed and won't buy again.
Pretty but fragile
not worth it if you want real protection — pretty but fragile. I grabbed the ArmorTint Kevlar case for my iPhone 16 Pro Max back in October and at first I loved how light and sleek it was. Fast forward six months of typical home/office use and a few thin spots ripped out, which in turn wrecked my glass screen protector. I've had tougher luck with other brands that lasted way longer. It does look nice and fits great, but it didn’t hold up.
