skip the return. I ordered this jacket three weeks ago and unboxed it the day it arrived. First impression was fine — clean packing, matched photos. The fit was off though, too narrow at the shoulders. I contacted support right away. That’s where it broke down. Short, repetitive replies. They refused to accept the clear fit issue and kept giving template answers. Back-and-forth followed for days. The jacket itself is okay — zips work, fabric feels decent — but it's not wearable for me. I gave up returning it and kept it tucked in a closet. Not ideal.
Sleek kit that actually matches
the wallet only fits two cards comfortably, I kinda wish for one more slot. Also the power bank gets a tad warm on heavy use, but nothing crazy. If you like stuff that matches and looks clean while still being practical, this set is worth it. Tip: get the same color for the full effect.
Bought it despite doubts — mixed results
I was on the fence about buying this 3‑in‑1 charger — price wasn't cheap and I wasn't sure about the brand — but the pictures looked neat so I ordered it. First week it sat nicely on the nightstand, felt solid and I liked the tidy look. After a month my Apple Watch started getting warm and kept waking up while charging. Also I got the wrong color in the box. Reached out to support twice about warranty/refund, no reply. Design's fine, support is a bust.
Odd start, decent delivery
fit looked fine but the magnet was off to the left and the mic holes weren't cut right. I emailed support. At first they said no exchanges, which annoyed me, so I filed a chargeback. After a week I did get my money back, thankfully, but it shouldn't have taken that. Delivery was reliable. Customer service felt unhelpful. Glad it ended okay, though it could be smoother. If you're buying, know delivery is fine but expect extra hassle with returns.
Small drama, but the case itself is great
the case feels really nice. Ordered mid-July, waited a while with no tracking updates and asked to cancel when plans changed. They didn’t act on the cancellation fast enough, shipped it anyway, and then told me returning it would cost me a lot since it’d have to go back to overseas. That part was annoying and felt unfair. Anyway, once it arrived I was actually pleasantly surprised: snug fit, slightly grippy texture, not slippery at all, buttons are easy to press and the camera lip protects well. It’s lighter than I expected, which I like — doesn’t add bulk in the pocket. I’ve had worse communication from other sellers before, so this was familiar territory, but at least the product quality made up for some of the headache. I’m grateful it worked out in the end, even if the return rules were frustrating. If you’re okay with potential delays and strict return policies, the case itself is worth it.
