Two sunglasses order
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses a little while back, and let me tell you, I'm really disappointed in how things have gone. It's been more than two weeks since I placed the order, and I've only got one pair of sunglasses so far. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for the last couple of weeks, but no luck. It seems like they just don't care about helping their customers or getting back to them. I've been shopping with them for a couple of years now, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back. It's just not right when companies don't follow through on orders or offer any support when there's a problem. Total scam, if you ask me.
Reflective sunglasses
I had such a bad time with these reflective sunglasses. The mirror effect inside the lenses was a real issue because it made them impossible to wear. Instead of blocking out glare, they just bounced light right back into my eyes, which was super unpleasant. Plus, they were loose and had a square shape that made them really uncomfortable, especially with a hat on. They might look good, but they're not made well and don't really work that great. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest these sunglasses to anyone who wants both style and function.
Express delivery sunglasses
I ordered sunglasses with express delivery on 12/23 and paid extra for it, but I'm still waiting for them. Customer service hasn't even gotten back to me. Don't waste your money, this site is a total scam!
Prepaid glasses never arrived
I've been waiting for my glasses for like 90 days now and they still haven't come. Customer service is a joke - first they promised they'd send them out on 11/11/23 and now they're giving me the runaround. They keep mentioning that my glasses are being made in this place called Pacific Beach like it's supposed to make me feel better, but it doesn't change the fact that I still don't have my glasses. Ugh, so frustrating!
Sunglasses (one pair regular, one pair "Blue Light Mystery")
I bought a couple of pairs of sunglasses from this brand, one regular and one "Blue Light Mystery" pair, on sale for Black Friday. Sadly, when I got the "Blue Light Mystery" ones, they were nothing like what was advertised. The lenses were totally clear, no tint at all, making them look more like safety goggles than sunglasses. Even though the ad was misleading, I tried reaching out to customer service in a bunch of ways like submitting a question, chatting online, and calling for a refund or swap. But they never got back to me or fixed the problem, which left me feeling let down and unsatisfied with the whole thing. It's pretty obvious that this brand isn't keeping their promises with false ads and terrible customer service. I'd suggest staying away from them to avoid dealing with the same headaches.
Retro Round Sunglasses
These sunglasses might seem cool at first, but don't let looks deceive you. The lenses keep bubbling up, giving off a cheap Chinese vibe. I tried exchanging them, but the replacement pair had the same issue. Definitely not worth the money.
Ordered Hard Thunder Sunglasses
I just wanted to mention that I ordered these really awesome sunglasses, but I ended up receiving some plain basic black ones instead. I tried reaching out to someone to help fix it, but no luck. I'm pretty disappointed about it.
