A burgundy dress with lace, BM0831
I am so pleased with this dress and the service I received from BMbridal. I left it a little late to order my dress and was a bit concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time. I paid for RUSHING and my dress arrived at the start of the window of time they told me it would arrive. I had thought the dress might arrive crumpled after having been in transit, and may need to be steamed or pressed, but I was very pleased to find that the dress arrived with fairly few creases and so didn't need to be ironed at all. I custom made my dress and it fit perfect. It is the best shopping experience I have had.

Wedding dress
I was wary of ordering from here based on reviews, the site itself, sizing, etc. I am wildly impressed. I provided my own custom measurements I took myself and the dress arrived three weeks later without rush shipping. The dress itself is gorgeous and fits like a glove. Initially it seemed like my payment did not go through, and someone from the site reached out to me. I re-did it and it worked. It seemed sketchy, but it is just an odd system. I received my dress as ordered and have zero complaints about the process.
Bridesmaid dresses purchase
My bridesmaids and I were a little nervous about ordering dresses online, but we decided to go for it. And man, are we glad we did! The dresses we got were top-notch and looked amazing on all my bridesmaids. I really liked being able to order swatches to make sure the color was just right. And getting custom measurements made a big difference in making sure each dress fit like a glove. I gotta say, I am beyond thrilled with the dresses and the service we got. Elegant dress purchase
The dress I got from here was seriously amazing. The design was so classy and nice, and the quality was top of the line. I felt like a total boss wearing it, and I got a ton of compliments. It really stood out at the event I wore it to. The customer service was awesome, they were super nice and helpful. The price was fair for such a high-quality dress. Custom-made plus size dress
As a curvy girl, it's always been hard for me to find regular dresses that fit just right. So, I went ahead and got a custom-made dress, and let me tell you, I'm beyond happy with the results. The dress fits like a dream and I'm absolutely in love with it. Even though it's a plus size dress, it looks just as amazing as the one in the picture. Thanks a bunch for giving me a dress that makes me feel fabulous and beautiful.

Custom fit dress purchase
I'm usually a bit nervous about buying dresses online, but I decided to give this shop a shot because of their good prices and the perfect color I was looking for. I was really happy to see that the dress was really well-made and it fit me like a glove, all thanks to the option to customize the measurements. I'll definitely be thinking about ordering from here again for my next big event.
Wedding Dress
It was everything I could have imagined and more. It looked exactly like the pictures. The sizing was spot on. It fit so perfect! You never know with ordering online, especially wedding dresses but I would definitely order all over again. Shipping was so fast! I needed my dress by a certain date and they exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend BM Bridal! You will not regret it!

Stunning online gown
I was kinda nervous at first about buying a dress online, but man, was I blown away by the gown I got! It fit me like a glove, and the quality was way better than I expected. The beading and embroidery on it was so detailed, I felt like a queen when I tried it on. I'm so stoked with my buy and for sure gonna tell my peeps about this online store.

I ordered the bridesmaid dresses for me and my friend. it was dull red colour and extremely pretty just the way we wanted. Also, the price was affordable. Along with that it was packed in beautiful package and safely delivered to us
Ball Gown
I ordered 3 dress on there special by two get one free option, but they only sent 2 of the dresses i asked for. They sent some random cheap dress as the 3rd option and when i tried to get a refund, they said I had to pay for it to be returned even though they sent the wrong one. Its been over a month and still trying to get my money back. Dont order if you need something for special occasion as you may not get what you ordered and it makes me think they do it on purpose just to make money or get rid of the dresses they dont want. Stay Clear of this company I say.

NO Returns. Be careful. Dress had faulty zipper. Took 3 months to get a refund, very difficult customer service, had to pay return shipping, file dispute with credit card. It was a big hassle to deal with in a timely way while planning and preparing for a wedding. Shop elsewhere.
Having this same experience now they made the dress too small and want me to ship it back out of my own pocket and won't even guarantee a full refund if I do
4 Bridesmaids Dresses
I ordered 4 dresses from them because they were having a sale (buy 3 get 1 free). I got the dresses pretty fast but the quality of them was horrible. One dress had discoloration, two others had holes where they connected the fabric and they were all 2-3 sizes to big. I have trying for a little over a week now to return them. No one answers the phone and I'm only getting one email a day. The only times I get an email is late at night or very early in the morning. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The only reason I gave them two stars was because it wouldn't let me give one star. I would've given them none if I could've.

Ordered a beautiful flowy ivory dress I wore for a photoshoot. Super soft chiffon and quality made. Had no problems ordering, and arrived sooner than expected.

My friend ordered a dress from BM bridal. It was horribly made. After months of trying to get it returned, they refused to let her return it. They stated it was her fault therefore they wouldn’t let her return. They gave her a 30% refund on an awful dress. One that she will end up trashing. The customer service was awful and they were so rude. If I was you, I wouldn’t order from this company. Truly a terrible company. Oh and the reason I gave all 2 stars instead of 1 is because it wouldn’t let me click on 1 Star. I wish I couldn’t give zero stars.
