Customer service experience
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Laurence T at your store for providing excellent customer service. I was really impressed by how professional and detail-oriented he was. Recent faulty purchase
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but I had some problems with it. The lid on the item didn't close right from the start, and it ended up leaking in my car and on my shirt. It's a bummer because I've been buying stuff from this brand for 15 years. Now I'm looking for a new company to shop from in the future.
faulty milk frother
Ugh, I am so frustrated right now. I bought this milk frother and it's totally broken. Like, seriously broken. Every time I try to make frothy milk for my hot chocolate, it just stops working. What's up with that? And the motor is so loud, it's like a small earthquake in my kitchen. Plus, the milk doesn't spin properly, I really need it to be super frothy. And sometimes it gives me cold frothed milk when I clearly picked the hot option. I can't handle this frother drama anymore, all I want is my frothy milk in peace. Is that really too much to ask for?
Travel cup purchase
I'm a loyal customer and I just bought a travel cup from the online store. But, man, the delivery process really let me down. I had to wait a whole week and then parcelforce tried to drop it off when I was at work, not cool. They couldn't even deliver it and ended up taking it back to their depot, which is like 25 miles from my place. Now I gotta wait another two weeks for them to maybe redeliver it. This whole thing has me feeling annoyed and wondering if this delivery service is really worth it.
Stylish and functional water boiler
I recently bought this awesome water boiler and it's been a game-changer for me. The design is super sleek and stylish, giving my kitchen a fancy vibe. It not only looks good but it also does its job perfectly by boiling water quickly and efficiently. I use it all the time and it has become a must-have in my daily routine. The only downside is its small 1-liter capacity, but I knew that before buying it. Its style and functionality totally make up for the small size though. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and would definitely suggest it to others.
Replacement French press cup
I had a really good experience with getting the replacement French press cup. It showed up right on time and was packaged in a way that was good for the environment, with hardly any plastic. The new cup fit my French press just right - it was exactly what I was looking for. I liked that they kept me in the loop about when the package was sent and when it got delivered. All in all, it was a smooth and satisfying experience.
Friend's old coffee maker
My friend used to only drink instant coffee, but she let me try out her late husband's old coffee maker and I absolutely loved it! I ended up getting my own Bodum because it was so simple to use and made really delicious coffee.
Coffee maker and tea kettle
Not at all what I was expecting for quality. It has been a while since I owned Bodum but when it came time for a new coffee maker Bodum was my 1st choice. After receiving the product. I am disappointed. It is so cheaply made. ALL PLASTIC. Customer service is not helpful. The responses seem like you are conversing with a robot. Returning will cost me more in shipping and restocking fees then my refund would be.
Bodum Bistro Coffee Grinder
Received a coffee grinder as a xmas gift. Decided to use it for the 1st time on Dec. 27th. Very slow at grinding the beans then motor started cutting out. Machine broke after 1st use. I cannot reach their customer service as their numbers are non existent. Tried to send them an email a week ago to start the return process and I am still waiting to hear back. They offer a 30 day return for any "unused" items. By the time I hear back (if I hear back) the 30 days will have expired. Return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee are on the customer. They say they offer a one year warranty. What does that even mean when the item has to be in unused condition for a refund or replacement? Very unhappy with this product and with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for quality kitchen products or professional customer service.
