Mixed results, mostly a hassle April 7, 2026

I remember hesitating right before I hit buy — mixed reviews, a past bad return experience with another company, and I was buying this mainly because my lower back had been acting up after moving apartments. So I went for it, but not without nagging doubts. By the time the box showed up I was still skeptical. The unit itself did actually help a bit — not miracle-level, but enough that my stiffness eased and I felt glad I tried it. My daughter tried it too and said she noticed something, so that was a relief. That said, the whole returns and service side was clunky and frustrating. The stated 30-day return window hides a much shorter practical window, they tried to offer quick cash settles that didn’t match what I wanted, and there were unexpected rules about packaging, cleanliness and sending tracking info. I ended up keeping the item since it gave some relief, but if I’d needed to return it I’d have been annoyed. So yes, product partly satisfied a real need — back pain, moving stress — but customer service could be much clearer and less pushy. Overall I’m relieved it worked well enough, annoyed by the fine print, and probably won’t risk buying another one without digging deeper first.
