Honestly I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and so has alot of my friends who are in law-enforcement an ex-military. This is by far the best customer service I’ve had by any company, they have definitely earned my business and will be referring them to all my friends and family. You don’t feel like you’re dealing with a robot and it doesn’t feel like you’re dealing with an online company it feels like you have a very personal relationship with them. What a great all around experience. They are responsive if you have questions and due to high demand it said I wouldn’t get my backpack armor plate for 2-3 weeks and a week later I’m on it’s way and tacking says it will arrive on 2 days. I plan to buy several more plates from them to build backpacks for my wife and daughters. Can’t be too careful these days when things are the way they are.
