Overall, I had a great experience with this company. My item was backordered, but I was kept updated on the status of my item. Their was a shipping error when my item arrived, but customer service was prompt in responding to my issue and had the missing part of the order shipped very quickly. Will buy from again for this reason.

Condor MOPC Plate Carrier and Spartan Level III+ AR550 Body Armor Platform
I had a great experience with Bulletproof Zone. I ordered a plate carrier and armor set right around the beginning of the pandemic and all the social unrest, so i knew things would be backed up and it would take a while to receive. The company did keep in touch through several emails while I was waiting for the items to arrive. I sent one email to check the status of my order and I got a response the same day from a very helpful representative. 2 days later I received an email saying my order had shipped, and a few days after that I received it. Everything is exactly as I ordered it, and appears to be excellent quality. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Soft armor side plates
I don't recommend this product. They use a subpar company, Protect The Force. PTF produced a product that Stevie Wonder as a preschooler could have produced better. they shipped in a bag so the plates came bent in half with permanent creases in the middle. I called PTF and the woman I spoke to gave me attitude and hung up on me saying its not their problem and contact BPZ. I sent BPZ an email they responded with we will exchange the shirt quality ones they said they will send me a return slip and once the plates are received and processed they will make an order for the new plates that will take 8 to 10 weeks and they weren't even soft plates like I ordered. This means 3-7 days to receive the return slip plus 3-7 more days for them to receive them back and most likely 3 or more days to process. That could be another 19 days added to the 8 to 10 weeks. So 12 weeks plus the 10 weeks I waited for the shifty ones and the 4 days I waited to get a ridiculous solution.This means I would have waited just shy of 6 months to get my plates and that is if something else didn't go wrong. This is horrible customer service. They should have said they will put the order for the new plates and sent out the return label and said sorry this happened. Making a customer wait 19 more days for something I didn't do is ridiculous and bad business. I own a Gun business and will steer people away from this headache.

I went to navigate off the screen and submitted for the 10% discount, and the customer service was great, I placed my order without the discount and it was granted through customer service. I just started and made my first order and will strongly recommend to my friends and family, just because of the customer care and class of this company.
