Great option for BIG men!
I am a very, very large man; 6'3" with a 58 inch chest and 46 inch waist tipping the scales at well over 300 pounds. The smaller 10" x 12" rigs are kid's toys when you're built like Gregor Klegane.
This sucker actually protects me nipple to nipple, front and back. The carrier is easy to adjust and has more than enough room for me. Same with the cumberbund, easy adjustments, ample size and comfy. 11" x 14" ATC fully coated plates slid right into the rig slick as snot but no trauma pads ... yet.
I highly recommend getting the larger 6" x 8" side plates if you're big n tall. And if you're anything like me the weight is not a huge issue as long as a 5 mile run is not in store. When you already weigh a metric-f**kton, the heft of this rig is very manageable. Granted I'm not on foot patrol.
Overall I'm very impressed and extremely happy with my purchase from Bulletproof Zone. Even with the Kung Flu I received my order in less than a month.What make & model did u buy? Am looking for Concealable Vest, too, for 6’4” 275 ... hard to find.
Legacy Level IIIA Armored Shirt
Received this shirt yesterday. This is by far the lightest most comfortable armor I have ever worn. Easily concealable under a button down shirt. Perfect for undercover and un-uniformed work. The plates are thin, form fitting and extremely light. I would definitely recommend this for Detective, Private Security or School Resource applications

Plate carrier and plates
I ordered from bullet proof zone and was not pleased with there service, products and delivery of the product. I called the store and never received a return, Received the wrong vest and they false advertised the product I ordered. It was a string of contionus emails. The whole process was a complete disaster. I find the prduct I order totally inadequate and they don’t have a legitimate return policy. I tried returning the vest and the person I communicated with wanted to settle because he knowingly false advertised the product delivered.

I made a purchase then immediately changed my mind. I emailed their customer support and asked to cancel the order before it’s fulfilled. They didn’t respond until 5 days later and then they said they can cancel it before it leaves the manufacturer. The next day i was notified it shipped and then they told me now I will be charged a fee for canceling. I asked them to cancel it immediately but they took their time. Now it’s been 3 weeks and I sent it back but still haven’t received a full refund. They refunded half of it to sezzle and then expect me to pay for the other half. Worst part was the vest wasn’t even spartan armory systems. It was a piece SH** condor vest. My old vest was an airsoft vest and the quality felt 10x better. If you decide to purchase from them take your time and don’t rush it cause if you regret it, they’ll screw you over.

I placed my order for 2 AR550 vest combos nearly 6 weeks ago. They keep pushing the ship date back. They're not answering calls, takes several days to get a response if you get one. Horrible experience. I'm considering disputing the charges if I don't get shipping confirmation soon.
Same here. They told me that the manufacture was to start the manufacturing process after my order, so I need to pay material cost if I want to cancel it.

Lead time was changed after I ordered due to Covid 19 but I wasn’t informed. Cannot cancel order and they can even give me a approximation on when my order will ship. I should be able to cancel and get a refund but nope. Do not shop here

This is a horrible company worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with they will take your money and not let you now it will be 8 weeks or more until you recieve the order. Once you cancel the order they will take a huge amount as a restocking fee, I was charged 78$ never deal with these people they are two guys running a Shopify and ordering things from China , that’s why it takes so damn long . I will make sure everyone knows what a horrible company this is
Or it could be there is a backorder because everyone like you is in panic mode and ordering vests over the past few weeks, instead of being prepared before a pandemic happens you all wait until it happens. Be proactive and not reactive maybe this will help you next time
Yes. Always be prepared. Do not rely on anyone during a pandemic. Rely on urself before it happens to be prepared.
I can't agree with the 2 comments above. Yes, you should be prepared BUT you should have peace of mind that once you successfully place an order and pay for it that it should be on its way. I understand extended lead times but they need to be either be upfront about it (which this place is not) or they should be willing to refund the entire purchase price if they cannot fulfill the order in a timely manner. Many companies have these products in stock are ready to ship same or next day. I'd recommend doing business elsewhere for those who are in the market or contacting your credit card company for those who have been duped by this unprofessional enterprise.

My package was shipped fairly quickly due to the fact that I changed my mind right after ordering. But it was here less than two weeks after original processing and the kit was unbelievably lightweight and easy to conceal. Best swimmers kit ever. I'm extremely happy with my choice. And I definitely recommend to others.

My daughter loved her bullet proof back pack. It was stylish and not to heavy. It has plenty of room for all her books and supplies.
Condor MOPC Plate Carrier and Spartan Level III AR500 Body Armor Platform
Shipped perfectly and was able to track it until it arrived. The only issue I had was that the side carrier was too small for the plate to fit in and stay. Other than that no issues and no problems. If I was to buy anything else bulletproof oriented I’d definitely choose this company again.

purchased bulletproof backpacks for all my kids to use while they were in school. it gave me security to know they had these in their backpacks. i also recommended these to my friends who also have kids and they also purchased these for all their kids as well. lightweight and fits into all the backpacks.

I absolutely love the feel of the AR550 swimmers cut. The mobility is tremendous. I don't wear mine all the time but I do wear for hours at a time. The weight is an issue when performing for extended time frames. Soft armor is easier in those situations. I have ordered another 3 sets of body armor to compare the differences. I will probably order more in the future.
