Online ordering made easy
I've been a client of Byte for a few months now and I have to say, I'm impressed. Their online ordering system is seamless and easy to use. The customer service is also top-notch - any time I've had a question or concern, someone has been available to assist me promptly.
But most importantly, the quality of their products is outstanding. I've tried a variety of items from their menu and have yet to be disappointed. Everything is consistently fresh and delicious.

I just started using aligners and I've been at it for 7 weeks now. I gotta give it to them, the customer service is top-notch. They always reply to my texts quickly and have been super helpful. I did run into a problem with my treatment plan though. I needed a few tweaks for my bottom teeth, nothing major, but they couldn't make it happen. They wouldn't budge on it and didn't really give me a reason. I'm still sticking with it though and excited to see how my teeth will turn out in the end.
My braces purchase
I got my braces today and everybody there was so friendly and helpful! The process of ordering was a breeze and they made it really convenient for me. The only downside was that they didn't mention a discount until after I paid, but I'm still pumped to see how my teeth turn out. The customer service was top-notch and I was impressed with how smoothly everything went.

Hey, so I reached out to them about those teeth straighteners and they got back to me in only two days! The staff was really friendly and answered all of my questions. Impression kit purchase
The whole thing was kind of a pain. Even though I had a real person helping me out, my account never seemed to sync up right with my order for the impression kit. I had to talk to different folks at every turn. It'd be a lot better if they made the whole process smoother.

My teeth are looking straighter, which is great, but man, this company's communication is the worst! It's been months and I still haven't heard anything about my insurance coverage or my concerns about my teeth not looking exactly how I wanted.

The tooth alignment service is pretty affordable and user-friendly, but it only focuses on your upper teeth.
