I was halfway through getting my suit together when I found the shoes were too small. I almost didn't order a replacement because I'd had bad returns before, and this was for a wedding so I couldn't risk delays. I sent the pair back with PO tracking; the record showed they were signed for the next day, so I expected the new size. When nothing arrived I called Calla Shoes. At first they couldn't find a replacement order, so I scanned and emailed the signed receipt and tracking screenshots. Tracey in customer service dug in and discovered I had mailed the return to the wrong company. They still helped me straighten it out and were proactive. I'm relieved and glad I stuck with them; they clearly care and try to fix things.
Sizing and returns issue
Expected a true EEE wide fit but shoes were tight. Also no return label. Wish they'd include one next time.
