    Fast shipping order

    I paid extra for fast shipping, thinking my package would arrive in 3-5 days, but it actually took 16 days. When I reached out to customer service, they explained there's a processing time of up to 5 days not mentioned in the estimate. This delay really messed me up because I needed the item for a special event. They didn't refund the fast shipping fee or return costs, which made me feel like I got ripped off. Dealing with their customer service was a total waste of my time, money, and energy.
