Cutting board purchase
I bought some cutting boards from your store not long ago. Gotta be honest, I'm not too happy with what I got or the customer service I got along with it. Spent $220 on a set of three cutting boards, and one of them started bending like crazy after just a few times using it. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't much help at all. They pretty much told me to fix it myself. That's just not cool. I'm pretty annoyed and let down by this whole thing.
Non-stick pan
I originally bought this non-stick pan because I was drawn to its sleek design, but I'm pretty disappointed because the coating disappeared after only a year of using it. Now, everything I try to cook with it ends up sticking, which makes cleaning up a major pain. No matter how hard I scrub, there's always a stubborn residue stuck to the bottom of the pan that just won't come off. It's frustrating to see how poorly this pan holds up compared to my mom's old stock pot, which has been working perfectly for over ten years.
Non-stick pans
I just bought a whole set of non-stick pans and at first, I was really impressed with how they looked and worked. But after using them just a few times, the non-stick coating started to come off, making my pans look all brown and not so nice. Even though they wore out fast, I gotta say, the customer service team was super quick and helpful when I reached out with my questions.
Nonstick pan purchase
This pan is terrible! I did everything I was supposed to for cleaning and cooking, and it's still a disaster. I have to scrub forever just to get my food unstuck. I'd rather use any other pan besides this one. Total waste of money!
Frying pan
The price for this thing was way too high for what I got. I only used it 5 times and already the pan is messed up, it spins around like a top on any flat surface. Plus, there's this random burn spot the size of a quarter that just showed up out of nowhere. It's pretty heavy and feels like it could break easily. And when I tried to reach out to them about it, all they said was, "tough luck, you bought it, deal with it." Honestly, if you decide to buy it, you're asking for trouble. I just want to give you guys a heads up.
Online order delivery
When you're ordering from this company, just a heads up - those delivery dates they promise might not be on point. I recently had an issue where my order got delayed. They told me it was coming on a certain day, but then they split up the boxes and I didn't get my stuff until later. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on, so I'd suggest not putting too much faith in their delivery dates. Just a friendly warning for anyone else thinking about ordering from them.
Non-stick cookware
I'm really bummed about this non-stick cookware I bought. Even though I did everything the instructions said, the food sticks and cleaning the pans is a pain. My daughter had the same problem after only two months, and when she contacted customer service, they just pointed the finger at her. Not cool at all!
Flat lid cookware
I bought this flat lid cookware, thinking it would be really nice, but it ended up being a total letdown. Even though it looked cool and modern, it was seriously lacking in how well it worked. Twice I burned my arm because boiling water spilled off the flat lid when I tried to lift it up while cooking. I tried getting help from customer service, but they weren't much help. Dealing with this product has been nothing but a headache, and I really wish I had known about these problems before I bought it.
Cookware Set
As someone who loves cooking at home, I really care about my kitchen tools and like to get good quality stuff that will last. So, after doing a bunch of research, I decided to get a new set of cookware from this one brand. But man, I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the quality and how well they worked. Even though I followed all the care instructions like a champ, the coating on the fry pan started burning food after just a month. When I reached out to customer service, they told me the cookware was only good for low-heat cooking, which just wasn't gonna cut it for me. They did replace it for me, but I kept having problems and the cookware was just a pain to take care of and didn't work great for everyday cooking. Even though the products looked nice, they just didn't perform well, and I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliable cookware.
Nonstick pots and pans
The pots and pans from this brand look really nice and seem like they are good quality when you first see them. But, I was kind of disappointed to find out that the nonstick coating isn't as strong as you would hope for the price you pay. When I called customer service about it, they were nice but also told me that cooking on high heat could mess up the nonstick part. I don't think that's fair considering how much I spent. I've had cheaper pans from a different store that lasted longer and were easier to take care of. Even though these pots and pans are pretty, they don't work as well as I had hoped. I really hope the brand works on improving the nonstick feature in the future, but I won't be buying from them again personally.
Bad pots and pans
I did everything they said to take care of my pots and pans, but they barely lasted 3 months! And the non-stick coating is all messed up too. Turns out, they're super toxic - basically false advertising! It's so wrong, should be illegal! Check out Tamara Rubin's research on these pots and pans. They've got lead and other gross metals in them. Yuck!
