Delivery was quick, and support answered fast. Works great.
Slow setup, helpful support
Delivery was quicker than expected, and support replied fast. Connection still drags sometimes, but it works well once it finally links.
Surprisingly practical
Saw it on a buddy's Tesla, bought to try — feels solid and responsive, better than expected; screen resolution is noticeably soft.
Fast arrival, shaky after months
I needed this for bad back pain, and the delivery was impressively quick. Six months later it started acting up — unstable — manufacturer says they'll update soon.
Keeps losing audio
Mid-ride I noticed it would drop the music, come back, then drop again — roughly every minute. It makes listening unusable, jerky, and I kept checking connections. Feels cheap in performance; wish it just held a stream for a few minutes straight.
Moving day scramble
Halfway through moving day, with my back already screaming, I ordered a replacement chair. It never showed up; weeks went by. After a few emails (and nagging) they finally refunded me — no explanation though. Surprisingly the refund came quicker than I thought once I pushed, so there's that.
Mostly helpful, speech is flaky
Halfway through the first evening using it I actually smiled — when it executed my multi-step routine I felt like, okay, this might work. I’d had it a few days; initial setup was quick, which was nice. But voice recognition is inconsistent; casual phrases get mangled into nonsense. About 70% of the time it does what I want, 30% it's off in left field. Still considering switching back to wired for clearer voice control.
Feels Like a Fresh Dash
I was honestly skeptical before buying — figured it might be another gadget that wouldn’t play nice with my older dash. Setup was way easier than I expected and it actually brings a modern vibe to drives. It’s frozen once or twice and needed a restart, annoying but not a dealbreaker. I’ve had worse from cheaper brands before, so this feels like a solid upgrade, and I actually smile when I drive now. Not flawless, but totally worth it.
