Pleasant surprise despite a few bumps
packaging was neat and delivery was way faster than I thought, which was a nice start. The pieces look decent in person, colors and finish matched the pics, and I actually used a couple of items the same day for a casual dinner. One bracelet turned out to be too big for my wrist — that was annoying — and the return process? Yeah, not flawless. I had to follow up a couple times and the replies were kind of curt at first. That said, after insisting a bit they did offer a solution, not perfect but it worked eventually. So customer service was mixed: a slow start, then they resolved things, although I wouldn’t call it seamless. Price-wise some items felt a touch steep for the materials, but overall the value wasn’t awful — you get what you pay for, sort of. I liked how quick the delivery was and how the items were usable right away. Would I order again? Probably, but I’d double-check sizing and be ready to push for help if needed. Not flawless, for sure, but definitely usable and the fast shipping won me over a bit.
Quick relief, then annoyed
I wore it once and after I took it off four small crystals were missing. Not great. I've been wearing actual gold and real stuff for years and I can't remember stones walking off like that. I didn't chase customer service this time, so I can't report how they'd handle it. Bottom line — fulfillment and delivery were fine, product quality is hit-or-miss. My take: only buy at a deep discount, and don't expect this to last. If you'd paid full price you'd be mad; at the sale price it's annoying but survivable. Just my two cents.
