I won’t order online from them again — too much hassle and unreliable. I loved browsing the store and their tops were my go-to for work and lazy weekends, but online sizes didn’t match. I returned three tops and had to pay postage, even filled a swap form and never got the replacements. Kind of a bummer, honestly.
Finally sorted it out
Halfway through the order process I was annoyed — I’d bought two tops in separate transactions last week and each showed a shipping fee. They arrived together in one box, so I called expecting a simple credit. Initially the rep was firm, I was skeptical and ready to drop it. After asking for a manager things shifted and they issued a partial refund. Happy enough, I'll shop again.
Slow delivery, decent item
"all sales final" was clearly marked but that didn't speed things up. Took almost two weeks to arrive, way slower than other retailers I've used. Not broken, not terrible, just annoying enough that I'll think twice next time. really.

It wasn’t seamless, and the agent could’ve been nicer, but once the right top showed up and actually fits, I was satisfied. Still, improvement needed.
