I have been a client of Coach for a few years now, and I have always been impressed with their products and customer service. I primarily shop online with Coach, as it is convenient and easy to navigate their website.

I recently bought a leather handbag from this store and overall, I was pretty happy with the quality of the bag. The only thing that bummed me out was that it didn't come in a gift box. I was planning to give it to my daughter as a gift so I was hoping for a fancier presentation. On the bright side, I have to give props to the store for their speedy delivery service. I was pleasantly surprised to get the bag so quickly after I placed my order. If only they had the option to add a gift box on their website, I would have given them a higher rating. Despite that little hiccup, I'm overall satisfied with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping here again in the future.

White 26 bag
Yeah, so I bought this white 26 bag and honestly, I'm a fan of it. But, I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how it's designed. The charm keeps falling off, so I just took it off completely. And the long strap keeps coming loose and dragging on the ground, which is annoying. For the price I paid, I was expecting better quality.

Cassie 19 with spring flower decor
I recently bought a Cassie 19 bag with spring flower design from your store. When I got the bag, I was kinda bummed out by the condition it was in. It came in a dustbag, but there were marks and dirt on the front. It seemed like nobody checked it before sending it out. Anyway, I kept the bag because I needed it for a trip. I managed to clean off the marks with a gentle cleaner, but it was disappointing to get the bag like that. I was hoping for better quality control from a brand like yours.
