Quarterly Crate purchase
I recently got a Quarterly Crate from Crate Club and I gotta say, I was really happy with the whole thing. The stuff inside was top quality, especially that cool axe and arrowhead Survival Card. Only problem was, the arrowhead was missing from the package. But when I contacted customer service, Marie helped me out right away. She quickly fixed the issue and sent me the missing item without any fuss. I gotta give props to the customer service team for being so professional and efficient. They really listened to my feedback and sorted everything out fast. It's nice to see that Crate Club cares about customer satisfaction and respects their clients, especially those with a military background. All in all, I'm super impressed with how much care and attention Crate Club puts into their products.
Subscription box renewal
After thinking about whether I should keep my subscription, I was pleasantly surprised by the recent improvements in the quality of the products. Over the past 3 years, I got some not-so-great items that made me wonder if my membership was worth it. But the last few boxes had some really amazing products that got me excited. One thing that stood out was the ZT0350 knife, it was even better than I expected in terms of how well it was made and how useful it is. Another awesome find was the 2-gallon portable pressurized shower from the box before, which is perfect for giving my dog a good cleaning after he gets into some gross stuff. These cool and useful items really made my subscription feel worth it and I'm glad I stuck around.
Amazing !
Crate Club is amazing in selling the best and most exclusive military egars . they are offering the prices which is affoarable and its fits the budget i mostly do my shopping. The customer cares us also well and its reliable. the products they sell are pricked, tested and also approved by the army rangers.
i am shopping from here for like two years , and so far i am really convinced dthat i am not going to get any other options in this who can deliver such amazing quality and assurance in buying military gears. Its almost perfect if i dont count the delivery which sometimes get really annoying but overall i will recommend this, i hope that they will also improve the work tooHusband's Quarterly Surprise
My husband and I stumbled upon Crate Club during the lockdown in WA last year and thought it would be a cool gift idea to try out. We had a couple of bumps in the road with our first boxes, but since then we've been really happy with the awesome products in each shipment. My husband looks forward to his surprise every few months, it's like a little treat for him. He's been having so much fun with it that we decided to go all out and upgrade to get even cooler stuff. The customer service has been great too, they've helped us sort out any problems we've had and made the whole experience super enjoyable.
Survival gear box
Why bother searching for survival gear when you can let the folks at Crate Club handle it for you? They pack this box with all the basics you'd need in tough situations, put together by folks who really know their stuff. I've been counting down the days until each shipment arrives, and I'm excited to see what they've cooked up for me next.
Awesome gift
Crate Club is pretty awesome. I got it as a gift for a friend and it was a blast. The items inside were decent, nothing too wild, but still neat. It had a sharpener, a frog/fishing spear, and some random goodies like bags and a bottle opener necklace. It's a cool subscription if you can afford it.
Quarterly subscription for husband
I started off just getting my husband a one-time gift from Crate Club, but he loved it so much that I ended up signing up for the quarterly subscription. The stuff they send us is seriously top-notch and we love it all. It's so fun to see how pumped my husband gets each time a new box arrives, and I enjoy surprising him with cool and useful stuff. Every box has a nice mix of different products, which keeps it exciting for us. We're always stoked to see what's coming next.
Father's Day gift
I've been using this subscription service for a couple of years now. It all started with a gift for my husband on Father's Day. At first, I was just like, "Nah, it's fine." But as time went on, it got way better. The stuff we get is super cool, well thought out, and actually handy. Our son in the military really digs the stuff in the box, so I usually order more for him. If you're on the hunt for a top-notch gift, this company is the way to go.
General-level membership renewal
I've been a happy customer of Crate Club for a while now, and just renewed my General-level membership. I'm always amazed by the great quality and range of products I get. I love being outside and my adult kids are just as active, so the stuff I get from Crate Club makes awesome gifts for our adventures together. I really dig how each shipment is all about preparedness and the great outdoors - it definitely amps up our experiences and keeps us ready for anything.
Website login issue
I ran into a real headache trying to log onto the website after they did some system updates. But this awesome support team member, Cherry J, from support@crateclub, went way above and beyond to help me out. Even though the issue ended up being on my side because of my web browser, Cherry J worked tirelessly for two days to figure out and solve the problem. Her commitment and professionalism were really something special, and I really enjoyed working with her.
Holiday surprise gift
Crate Club always comes through with their awesome surprise gift boxes! My family and I look forward to opening our green box filled with cool and helpful items every time. Whether it's for the holidays, Father's Day, or a camping trip, Crate Club never fails to give us a good surprise.
Crate Club Subscription
I recently reached out to their online support about my Crate Club subscription, and I have to say, their customer service was amazing. The representative, who I'll call "March," was super quick to respond and didn't stop until my issue was completely sorted out. If only all customer service interactions were this great. Awesome job, and please keep it up!
Awesome stuff!
These guys are great! My dad really likes the stuff he gets from them and if there's ever an issue, they fix it super quick. I did have a few problems, but most of the time it was because of the delivery guy, not them. But they still helped out, even though it wasn't their fault. I would definitely recommend them, their customer service is awesome!
Awesome stuff!
The things I bought were really awesome, but I kind of wished they had some color night vision gear. And man, it would be so amazing if they could ship to South Africa. The person who helped me was super nice and really professional. If they decide to make any changes to their shipping, they better give me a heads up!
Gift subscription upgrade
I just bumped up my son's gift subscription, he's a Trooper with the Kansas Highway Patrol in the Emergency Services/SRT Unit. I actually got him the subscription over a year ago, and this year I thought I'd upgrade it. The whole way through, Cain B was super helpful, patient, and nice. He walked me through the whole upgrade, making sure everything went smoothly. I really value his help and how professional he was.
Surprise box
The box arrived and I was really excited to open it. It's always awesome because I never know what I'm gonna get. I enjoy receiving items that you wouldn't find in a typical store. They always include cool and unique stuff that's really fun. Looking forward to the next one!
