Trying to cancel my chat purchase
So, I tried to cancel my chat thing and it was not easy at all. They were saying, "No, a manager will call you." But seriously, when? Next Christmas? Then they were like, "Oh, we tried calling you but you didn't answer." Um, no you didn't. They're just telling lies. Trying to scam you out of your money. And guess what? Still no call from a manager. Now they're threatening to mess with your credit score if you don't pay up. Bullies! Liars! Con artists! And I asked for their head office address five times and they won't give it to me. Now I have to pay for a solicitor to handle this mess. Thanks a lot, one person who couldn't do her job!

Awesome gift
Crate Club is pretty awesome. I got it as a gift for a friend and it was a blast. The items inside were decent, nothing too wild, but still neat. It had a sharpener, a frog/fishing spear, and some random goodies like bags and a bottle opener necklace. It's a cool subscription if you can afford it.

Red rug purchase
When I ordered that red rug, I was kinda bummed out because the color wasn't really what I had in mind. If they had just double-checked the color with me at checkout, it would have saved me some trouble. And then, the discount they had advertised for all rug purchases turned out to be a bust because the code they gave me didn't even work when I tried to use it at checkout. So, all in all, I was left feeling pretty annoyed and like they kind of led me on with false promises on their website.

Good place to shop gifts I picked many times but never for my own princes.Great looking jeweleries made of silver and gold plated kids items.Once my princes saw someone wearing in ears She shared her wish to have something like that.

Lovely choice she had really.It was sterling silver June birthstone and same birthstone in dangling star.Nice selections.Cost were very much affordable Some heavy collections are also there but these were not suitable of her age.

I bought online to be delivered at UPS. I never got a tracking number, my order show as delivered on the website but UPS doesn’t have it. Contacted customer service and never got an answer. I got an email saying my request was solved and closed but never got a feedback and I don’t know where is the order I paid for. I can’t find a phone number or live chat. Want my order or my money back.
I never ordered online, always bought in store from this company. I wanted to give it a try and I'm so disappointed. I guess many have problems getting their orders. On the website it says it is delivered, but I didn't get it. There is no tracking number to look up. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I sent customer service an email, to get the tracking number from UPS. If I can't solve this problem I just go ahead and cancel the payment on my credit card. I made another order, it says it is shipped, wonder if I get it. I would never buy from them again online.
