Skip them — that's my short take. I ordered on Jan 11 and thought it'd be quick, but it dragged on way too long. I actually got the first package on Jan 23, but because of their mistake the exchange didn't land until Mar 11. It felt like being bounced between the shop and a courier who had the wrong pickup details, so I spent ages on hold and making calls. The confusing tracking and slow follow-up were the worst parts. Oddly, when the replacement finally arrived the product itself was fine, which was a small relief. If you're thinking about ordering, double-check everything and be ready to push them — I wish they'd been faster and less sloppy. Also, keep receipts and screenshots — they actually helped when I complained. Not a smooth experience overall.
Late-night find
I ordered a G-Shock 2100 SKE to turn into a Casioak. It arrived faster than I expected. People said they were hard to reach, but I never had to. I was half asleep opening the box, and that’s when I knew I was satisfied — perfect condition, international Casio warranty, and it fit my wrist like it belonged. I wear it every day; commuting, tinkering, no complaints.
Still waiting, mixed feelings

I wear it daily for commuting, meetings and occasional weekend runs; it handles the routine fine. Packaging and shipping were straightforward, service was professional, and honestly I'm glad I picked this — will shop here again, definitely soon.
pretty good, with a catch
I'm overall satisfied with the Citizen Tsuyosa I ordered — nice watch and good value, but be prepared for added customs charges. Spotted it on a watch forum after a friend tipped me; the Creation Watches listing was cheaper than retail so I took a chance. I was a bit skeptical about shipping and whether the dial would match photos, but when it arrived the sunray yellow and cyclops date were exactly as shown. Only gripe is the unexpected import fee you must pay to the courier. Recommended, with that caveat.
Quiet and frustrating
no status updates on the site, no reply to my customer service emails, not even an automated follow-up. I bought extra for customs clearance too, so I expected at least some movement. It's meant to be a birthday present for my dad, so yeah I'm annoyed — not furious, just disappointed and stuck waiting. First impression was smooth checkout; second impression is bad communication. Still waiting to hear whether it even shipped. I keep checking the order page every day.
