    New season box purchase

    I'm a loyal customer of this subscription box service, and honestly, I gotta say I'm super disappointed with all the delays and lack of communication about getting my latest box. I paid upfront, and now I've been waiting months for what I was promised. The excuses customer service keeps giving me are seriously not cutting it and they're making me doubt if this company is even legit. It's just not cool for a well-known brand to keep changing delivery dates without a good reason.

    Annual renewal charge issues

    I just had a really bad experience with my subscription service when they charged me for my renewal early. It was super frustrating and inconvenient. And to make it worse, the stuff I got in my box wasn't as good as they said it would be. Then on top of all that, they tacked on these crazy expensive shipping fees. It just felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me. I ended up feeling really let down and unsatisfied with the whole thing.

    Poor quality products

    The stuff from this company is just so bad. The bag I got from them fell apart the first time I used it in the spring of 2020. I called customer service and they sent me a new one, but the strap broke on that one too. Then in 2021, I got a hat from them that was way too small and all messed up when it arrived. When I talked to customer service about it, they didn't really help and just gave me a useless coupon that I couldn't even use because they said the person who gave it to me was gone. It felt like they didn't give a darn about making me happy. I switched over to FABFITFUN, a different subscription box company, and had a way better time with them because they actually care about their customers.
