I was a little nervous about getting a refurbished iPad from this website because it was super cheap and I'd never heard of it. Even though it was an older model, I took a risk and added on the warranty just in case. When the tablet showed up yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. It's in good shape and runs smoothly, which is great for my little one to play with. The only downside was that it arrived without any juice and the charger wasn't the greatest. But in the end, I'm happy with my buy.
Surprise Box of Jewelry
I just bought this surprise box of jewelry from Daily Steals and it was pretty good overall. There were 100 pieces in the box, but I did notice that there were a lot of duplicates which kind of bummed me out. I got 3 necklaces that were the same and 2 bracelets that were the same. There were a couple of nice necklaces and 2 pairs of earrings, but they were also the same, which was a letdown. This box might be better for someone who sells jewelry instead of someone trying to add to their own collection.
Desk mat purchase
I bought a desk mat from here not too long ago and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. It showed up quickly and looks like it's made well. It's nice and big, perfect for using my mouse without it slipping off the sides. I like that I could pick from different accent colors - I went with Mint Green, but Burnt Orange was a close second. I might have to grab that one too for my PC downstairs. It's a really useful addition to my workspace, for sure.

I received my mini vacuum, but the box was totally messed up when it got here. It was just in the original box with a hole in it! But the vacuum itself was fine, so I guess it's all good.

I bought a shopping cart from Daily Steals because they had a special deal going on. But when I got my order confirmation, the price was actually higher than what they had initially advertised. So, I reached out to their customer service right away. I sent them a screenshot of the ad and a picture of the exact item I purchased, hoping they would see the error. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to care and wouldn't admit to their mistake or try to fix it. It was really frustrating to deal with this lack of transparency and poor customer service from Daily Steals.
Flexible hose purchase with warranty replacement
I recently bought a flexible hose in blue from your website and also got a warranty replacement plan. However, when it arrived, it was green instead of blue. I was worried about whether the warranty company would cover the green one instead of the blue one on the receipt, so I sent an email to ask about it. Although I got a quick reply from customer service, I was disappointed that they didn't fully understand my concern. Instead of confirming if the green hose would be covered by the warranty, they told me I would get a refund for the wrong item. While I appreciate the fast email response, I really wish there was a phone number I could call to talk to someone directly and make sure my question was addressed properly.
