My shoes never arrived
I ordered those awesome shoes, but they took my money and didn't even send them. I've been calling, emailing, and messaging them on Facebook, but they haven't gotten back to me. I was really looking forward to those shoes!
Overpriced boots
I was really let down by my trip to that store. The boots were way too expensive and the customer service was just awful. The staff didn't bother to talk to me at all, which made buying anything a total nightmare. I had my eye on a cute pair of boots, but with the terrible service, I figured it wasn't even worth it. I won't be going back there anytime soon, that's for sure.
Shoes
This company is a total scam. I never got the shoes I ordered, and they wouldn't give me my money back. They dragged out the shipping on purpose so I couldn't fight the charges with my credit card company. It's been a total nightmare trying to get my money back, and I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Online order
I ordered something online but it never showed up, even though I paid for it. I tried contacting customer service several times, but they didn't do anything to help or explain why my item was missing. It's been the worst shopping experience ever, and I'm really let down by the lousy communication and service.

These reviews are fake. Trust me on this. The company i believe is a scam. I know of a few people who have ordered from them myself included and have never received our purchases. Have attempted to call, text, email everything to get in contact withvthem. Not I ne tIme has anyone reached out to me..Not once! I placed a order in December 2022. I still have not received it. Again i know a few other people who have experienced the exact same thing. DO NOT..I REPEAT..DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. AVOID THE HEART BREAK..
A Pair of Belgian Sneaker
I bought a pair of Belgian Sneaker last summer (6/29/2022) and got a confirmation of my order. It has been 8 months and still to receive my order. I have made repeated calls to the listed contact number with no response. The listed email as well is fake and gets returned. This is a scam and hope nobody else falls for this.
Shoes
Bought more than 12 pair there. 5 orders haven’t arrived after more than 22 month. Only automated answers to my complaints. It’s scam meanwhile.

Bought a pair of Moca boots on Nov 12th and never got them, they sent me a conformation once the order was place, it’s been over a month and no respond EMAIL or nothing,I call Dapper Lane the phone stay busy all the time, sent an Email and it now comes back saying the email didn’t go through, which is their email,they gave me an order number but No shoes at my door, I’m going to put my bank on this case to investigate this Dapper Lane site.this is a sad situation that is an issue with this order some customers has said good thing about Dapper Lane but now I feel it was stage, I will never order from them again because the money I spent was just to much to throw away.

I ordered 5-pair of shoes on 8/24/22
I received confirmation on 8/24/22
I was emailed again on 8/24 advising me that my the shoes on my order were being produced
A charge of $1,597.50 appeared on my VISA Credit Card.
On 9/8/22, I received an email from Dapper Lane stating as follows;
"...we are unable to proceed with your recent order as the payment processor (Stripe) has withheld your funds from reaching Dapper Lane."
"We have processed a refund from our end. Please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected on your end."
As of 12/8/22, NO credit has been issued to my credit card... I have followed up with 2-emails and one phone call and have yet to receive a return email or return phone call from ANYONE at Dapper Lane regarding this issue...
I would not recommend doing business with this website as I do not believe it to be legit nor reputable...I have had NO REPLIES to my inquiries requesting information on the credit that was supposed to appear on my credit card.

Love my new wellington shoes in ostrich leather. The workmanship and quality is really well done and the ostrich leather is soft and has a nice feeling to the skin. Looking forward to my next pair and highly recommended.

I ordered a pair of loafers on April 17th 2022 . I was told I would receive the shoes within 28 days . When I didn't get anything from them by day 28 I began to send daily emails, I still haven’t received the shoes, and Dapper Lane hasn’t responded to a single one of emails l have sent since day 28. This is a complete scam; please don’t fall for it! They also do not have any customer service phone number to call.

As always, Sofea did a wonderful job coordinating my custom orders. This is my 12th pair and counting. Premium quality at decent prices. Sometimes they may take a little longer than usual which is perfectly normal for made to order shoes. Highly recommended!

I bought a pair of sneakers
I bought a pair of shoes in November just before thanksgiving. I waited the max time suggested of 4 to 12 weeks. I contacted Dapper Lane in January with no response. It is now The end of March and I still haven’t received the shoes let alone a response from Dapper Lane. Horrible customer service and product turn around!

A pair of suede boots
My wife ordered a pair of boots as a Christmas present for me on December 17, 2021. 2 months later, we still haven’t received the shoes, and Dapper Lane hasn’t responded to any of the 5 emails l have sent. This is a scam; don’t fall for it! Do not buy!

Bought the Fastlane Octavian Boot. As advertised, received my made to order boots within a week. Really surprised at the quality considering the speed at which it was handcrafted. And Dapper Lane delivered my boots using DHL Express. Thumbs up!

Dapper Lane Boots
I ordered boots from Dapper Lane in Aug 2021, it's January 2022, I have yet to receive my boots that I have already paid for. I have inquired on at least 5 occasions to an email with an automated response and there is no phone number to be found to contact this fraud of an organization. Yet they continue to flood my email with advertisements. I would advise you not to order from this scam of a company.
