Chips with multiple food allergies
I recently bought some chips online from this one store, and I gotta say, I was super happy with how it all went down. See, I've got a bunch of food allergies, so it's always a struggle to find snacks that won't make me sick and won't break the bank. But then I stumbled upon these chips on Deal Society's site, and they were on sale! The whole process of ordering was easy peasy, and I loved how their website was so easy to navigate. Plus, the customer service folks were super nice and quick to answer any questions I had, which made me feel good about my purchase. I recently placed my first order and got the wrong treats for my dog. I ordered Duck jerky Treats but ended up with Beef and Cheese Jalapeno Sticks instead. Unfortunately, customer service was no help in resolving the issue, so I decided to check out a different website to find the correct treats. Despite this hiccup, I've had some good experiences in the past.
Baby nutrition supplement
I bought a baby nutrition supplement from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was super let down by what I got. The boxes I got had expiration dates really soon, like in just a few months. I mean, come on, that's not okay for something meant for babies. Selling stuff that's almost expired is not cool at all - it's not just sneaky, but it could also be dangerous for people, especially for things that little kids need for their nutrition. Stores really need to make sure that the stuff they're selling is gonna last a while to make sure it's safe and actually works.
Goli Kids multivitamin
So I ordered 3 bottles of Goli Kids Multivitamin gummies BUT received a completely different variety which is not what I ordered nor what my kid needs in the form of vitamins. I emailed them the day of my delivery as instructed on their website since there is NO phone number listed to speak with a live person. I received confirmation of my email inquiry and they stated someone would get back to me within 24 hours Well that was a Monday and I heard NOTHING for 3 days so I sent another email Thursday asking for a reply before the weekend and still NOTHING. I even dug deeper into their website and found a “text only” number I could send a pic of the wrong item sent which I did and now it’s Wednesday the following week and still NO response from this company to rectify THEIR error! This is only the beginning with my 1st review with much more to come on other venues and calling the BBB next! Deal Society is a HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company that does not stand by their customer satisfaction guarantee NOR owns their mistakes and just IGNORES you! The WORST online company I have ever done business with in my entire life DO NOT TRUST!
Quick delivery
I was pretty pumped about how fast my order got delivered, but kinda bummed that it showed up a day later than I thought. But, all in all, everything else was solid.
