Goli Kids multivitamin
So I ordered 3 bottles of Goli Kids Multivitamin gummies BUT received a completely different variety which is not what I ordered nor what my kid needs in the form of vitamins. I emailed them the day of my delivery as instructed on their website since there is NO phone number listed to speak with a live person. I received confirmation of my email inquiry and they stated someone would get back to me within 24 hours Well that was a Monday and I heard NOTHING for 3 days so I sent another email Thursday asking for a reply before the weekend and still NOTHING. I even dug deeper into their website and found a “text only” number I could send a pic of the wrong item sent which I did and now it’s Wednesday the following week and still NO response from this company to rectify THEIR error! This is only the beginning with my 1st review with much more to come on other venues and calling the BBB next! Deal Society is a HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company that does not stand by their customer satisfaction guarantee NOR owns their mistakes and just IGNORES you! The WORST online company I have ever done business with in my entire life DO NOT TRUST!
