Wide Selection of Quality Products and Exceptional Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer of Dermstore for several years now and I have always been incredibly impressed with the level of service and quality of products that they offer.
When I first came across Dermstore, I was really impressed with their wide selection of skincare and beauty products. They have a great selection of top-quality brands and products, which makes it easy to find exactly what I need. I also appreciate that they have a variety of different categories and sections on their website, such as makeup, hair care, and men's grooming, which makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.
In addition to the great selection of products, I have also been really impressed with the customer service that Dermstore provides. I was really happy with my recent purchase from Dermstore. Their rewards program is a nice perk and I was impressed by how quickly my order was shipped. Usually, I have to wait forever to get my orders, so this was a nice change. The only downside is that some items seem to be out of stock pretty often, which can be irritating. It would be great if Dermstore could improve their stock levels. Still, overall, I had a good experience with my recent purchase.
Skincare variety
I really love the selection of skincare products this company has to offer. They have such a diverse range of products and brands, which makes it super easy for people like me to find all the beauty stuff we need in one spot. And their customer service is top-notch, which totally enhances my shopping experience. I'm a big fan of the Skinceutical products they carry, they're pretty much all I use.
Auto-ship first order
I just hopped on the auto-ship bandwagon at Dermstore and got my first package in the mail. A friend put me onto Dermstore, and I gotta admit, I'm pretty dang happy with what they've got going on. This TNS stuff I snagged is top-notch, and I can already tell I'll be sticking with Dermstore for all my skincare fixes in the future.
Face cream and sunscreen
The face cream and sunscreen I got were amazing! They really make my skin feel smooth and keep it safe from the sun. Applying them is super easy and they smell fantastic. The reviews on the website really helped me decide what to get, and I even got a discount for signing up for the face cream!
Cancelled subscription without warning
I really liked the thing I bought from this website, but the subscription service was a mess. They didn't even give me a heads up that my order was on its way, so I got more stuff than I could use. Most other places let you check out what's in your autoship before it's sent, but not this one. There was no way to pause the shipments either. So, I decided to cancel my future orders with them and I doubt I'll shop there again.
Face sunscreen, Perfect Timing
My face sunscreen came right on time for me! I usually get it through a subscription that shows up every few months. This time, I had to order it earlier than normal and I was stressing it wouldn't make it in time. Luckily, it did and I felt so much better.
