Boot Purchase
I just bought a pair of boots online in my usual size 7. But when I wore them for less than 30 minutes, they started hurting my feet and gave me blisters on my heels. When I contacted customer service to return them, they told me no returns were allowed due to the pandemic. I was really upset by this. It felt like they didn't care about my situation at all. My whole experience with this brand was a letdown, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with their products and customer service.

Face sunscreen, Perfect Timing
My face sunscreen came right on time for me! I usually get it through a subscription that shows up every few months. This time, I had to order it earlier than normal and I was stressing it wouldn't make it in time. Luckily, it did and I felt so much better.
