I must unfortunately leave a very negative review for this seller. My experience with them has been completely outrageous. District 5 Boutique took payments for several orders over a year ago, to then cancelled the invoices, keeping both the money and the orders.
I have reached their customer service for months, to be constantly told about it 'being forward to the higher management', without ever getting an actual response nor a solution.
Please beware this seller... avoid it at all costs! It is definitely a scam.Gown
I recently made the mistake of shopping with this designer dress company and it was a disaster. I paid $1000 for a dress, but they sent me the wrong one and refused to issue a refund within their stated 10-day return policy when I returned it. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card for a product I did not authorize. When I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue, they were unresponsive and uncooperative.
I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from this company. They showed no regard for their customers and were completely unwilling to make things right when they made a mistake. I would strongly advise against shopping with this company. There are much better options out there that will treat you with respect and integritycocktail dress
Dress ordered easily. $400.00. Received an email the next day that they could not fill the order it as the designer was no longer manufacturing it and would I like to order a different dress or get a refund. I phoned the # on the site that day (and emailed) and they answered and agreed to credit my card back full refund. So...No refund on card. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times and no one answers and no response to emails. 3 weeks now. At this point I'm having my credit card company dispute the transaction to get my money back
