Dungarees
The overalls I bought from this shop are really top-notch. The stitching and details are flawless, and even though they were a 2xs, they fit me just right, which was a pleasant surprise since I normally wear a size S or M. But I do kinda wish there were more patches or designs on the back, especially that cool key-ring patch on the side that the older versions had. Still, I kept the overalls because they fit so well and the price was just too good to pass up.
First purchase with overseas company
I just bought something from this company for the first time and I gotta say, it was a really good shopping experience. Even though they are located overseas, everything went super smoothly from beginning to end. The product I got was exactly what I expected and I love my new trainers. The color is great and they fit perfectly for my walks. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again. Big thanks to the team for their awesome service!
SuperDry Ella Expedition Bomber Jacket
I found this website and though I was hesitant, I ordered and hoped for the best. The entire process was quite easy and very professional. I am so pleased and even more so, the item is absolute PERFECTION! Even though I was hesitant and delivery a little slower than my impatient heart could handle, I would order from here again and again and tell my family and friends to do so too!!! Hands down, the BEST purchase decision of 2020!!
Shoes
I just got a new pair of shoes from DressInn because I couldn't find them in my size anywhere in the UK. I was a little nervous about ordering from Spain, but after seeing some good reviews, I took a chance. Luckily, everything went really well. The shoes got to me in just 7 days and they were exactly what I was expecting. The only downside was that they rubbed my heels a bit, but I still think they're great.
Jeans purchase
I just want to say thank you for getting my jeans to me so quickly and smoothly. Even though they had to come all the way from Europe, they got here in great shape and right on time. I was really impressed with all the info on the website that helped me pick out the perfect pair. Thanks again for making shopping online so easy!
Sneakers at a reduced price
I just bought some sneakers on sale from DressInn and was kinda worried at first because of some bad reviews I saw. But turns out, the whole thing went real smooth. I ordered them with no problems and they came in perfect shape. And get this, they showed up a whole week early! The sneakers were top-notch quality and I'm happy with how everything turned out.

First of all before I place my order I was reading reviews most of them are negative, however I placed my order and after 25 DAYS I received it ( Toronto,Canada) with no problems. All was good.

This is SCAM.
Everything is fraudulent.
Products are not as described.
They force you onto one of their local website, and then ship the package from another country /state without letting you know and you find yourself having to pay huge customs fees and VAT for a product that you didn't order.
You think that return is free? well, it's free for them - YOU need to pay for it !

Adidas sneakers
An absolute fraud of a company, do not use.
I have been wearing Adidas for my entire adult life at the same size and the shoe that came was labeled correct, but about 1.5 inches too big, so clearly a faulty tag.
The response to this from customer service was: NO EXCHANGES. I would have to pay $50 to send back (which is almost the cost of the shoe) and reorder.

i have ordered the shoes online from south Africa for my boyfriends birthday on 22/07/2021. purchase was done on 25/06/2021 . ever since then all i received was false information , picture of a box in shipping wrapping . and a run around . i have informed them they have 24hr to respond to my mail .

G star coat
Close to a scam. I don't believe they ever had access to this stock. Paid with a 3 week lead time and just days before due received a notification to check status which said delivery delayed by another month, then days before due received another sayi f "may be out of stock" when it should have been well on route. They sat on my money for over 2 months and now coat is out of stock elsewhere. Oddly I checked the return address to see where I was ordering from and it was the same as Amazon (an address in Spain) which was why I took the risk as I assumed it was the same major Amazon supplier simply offering it cheaper on DressINN. Beware there is a whole group of INN companies!!!

Misleading and untrustworthy. Canadians, do not use this site and do not believe their offers re: shipping.
I have a screenshot showing that my order would arrive October 9-12 if I ordered immediately.
Then, after they sent it, they tell me that it was just a shipping estimate and it can be delivered whenever. So they lied to get me to buy it immediately and they had no intention of delivering it on time.
Also they don’t tell you about import charges that you have to pay to get the item actually delivered, again they tell you after you order and pay for it.
They still don’t acknowledge that there can be extra charges that they don’t tell you that you might have to pay even after you purchase something, and they don’t deliver items when they say they will (or even anywhere near the date) but they use marketing tools to try to convince you to buy quickly so you get the item delivered right away. They don’t do what they say they will do and that is misleading, do not trust them.
Then when you complain, they say there are “other” factors but there are not. This is another example of them lying and misleading. The fact is the screenshot said if I buy now, my package would arrive in 2-4 days from the day I ordered it. It is a few weeks now and it hasn’t come, nor is it even in my country even though the ad that I purchased this from said it was in my country. This company should not be trusted and they don’t rectify issues when they are clearly at fault.
I just bought a product, paid for it and expect it to be delivered when they say it will be delivered. They still haven’t delivered it. I don’t need excuses from them, I expect them to provide the service they advertised and that I paid for. If new, external factors changed their end of the agreement, they should have discussed that with me when the problem arose, or they should have not promised it would be delivered in a few days when there were factors that prevented that from happening.
Any which way you look at it, they are in the wrong and have not rectified it.
Now it says “Item has arrived in Destination Country” on October 3. It says Destination Country is “Chile”. I live in CANADA! Where is it???
