I just bought some CBD oil from this company, and let me tell you, I was super impressed with how good it was. This stuff really helped with my constant pain and anxiety, making it easier for me to get through the day. Plus, the customer service team knew their stuff and gave me all the details I needed to decide on my purchase. Overall, I'm really happy with how everything went down and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Dissatisfied customer experience
My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for years because of their high-quality products and okay customer service, but now I've reached my breaking point. The customer service has gone way downhill, and I've had multiple problems in my recent interactions with them. I've had to leave voicemails at their customer service line multiple times, but they never call me back. They keep ignoring my requests to cancel auto-ship orders, so I keep getting stuff I don't want. And on top of that, they make me pay for return shipping and then don't give me a refund when they get the products back. Their website is also a mess, with customer inquiries not going through and no one following up. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't take any responsibility. I've lost hundreds of dollars because of their mistakes and lack of decent customer service.
Two bottles of CBD oil 100mg
I bought two bottles of CBD oil from this company back in January 2021 and man, what a letdown. When my order arrived, I saw that the expiry date was listed as January 2021 on the bottles, which means the oil was already expired when it got to me. I tried hitting up the company twice by email through my account, but nada - no response. I even called and left a voicemail, but crickets. This lack of communication and customer service? Not cool, man. Since they couldn't help me out, I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. This whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again. That CBD oil? I chucked it in the trash because I couldn't trust it with its expired status.
Delayed order, unresponsive customer service
This company is such a nightmare to deal with. I put in an order back in November, and here we are almost in December with no package in sight. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times with no success - their website is a mess and trying to message them on Facebook is like talking to a brick wall. I even sent them an email and got an error message in return. It's been so frustrating and disappointing, I can't even begin to explain.
CBD lip balm purchase
I used to love the CBD lip balm from this company, it was my favorite! But then they went and changed the formula, and it started making my allergies act up. I tried reaching out to them several times about it, but I never heard back. And get this - all the negative reviews I left never showed up on their site! Super shady, right? But I gotta give credit where it's due, their CBD lip balm is one of the only products that doesn't make me break out.
