I wouldn’t trust this seller with anything important. I ordered two suits for my son about three weeks before his school event. First suit was snug — not a big deal, I figured exchange. The replacement showed up in the wrong size, with a few little stains and missing tags. No time for another swap, so I asked to return both. That’s when things got weird. They charged me two $25 return fees even though the mistakes were theirs and nowhere in the listing did it say that fee existed. I emailed asking them to waive it. I got radio silence for days. Then one short reply that didn’t solve anything. The fabric creases easy and the color was off from the photos. It doesn’t look expensive, but it held together for the event, so it wasn’t a disaster. Still, dealing with the refunds and flaky replies made the whole thing more trouble than it was worth. If you’re in a pinch and don’t care about fit or finish, fine — otherwise steer clear.
Not bad for a one-off
I'd use them again. I ordered a tux for a wedding and at first I was a bit doubtful, but it arrived on schedule and looked like the photos. Fabric felt decent, fit was mostly good — needed a tiny tweak at the hem. Customer service was fine, nothing dramatic. Ordering was straightforward, nothing fancy, just solid enough for another event.
