Small jumper order
I ordered this cute little jumper from an online store not long ago and let me tell you, it was such a great experience. The customer service folks were super helpful when I got the wrong size, they sent me the right one right away. The jumper was really nice quality too, I was so impressed with how fast they fixed everything. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Japanese Fashion Haul
This online store is amazing! I was really worried about my order getting canceled because of a delivery issue, but Fasbee came through in the end! It took a bit longer than I thought, but my 10 items arrived safely and packed nicely. I'm so excited to wear all my new Japanese fashion pieces!
Black Friday clothing order
The shipping took forever, but man, the clothes were definitely worth it. The colors were spot on! Can we talk about those shipping fees though? Way too much. And figuring out the right size was a total guessing game. It would be awesome if they had more sizes to fit everyone.

Hey, everyone. So, this whole online shopping ordeal I went through at that sketchy store was a total disaster. Can you believe they wouldn't let me exchange or get a refund for those tiny shoes they sent me? And to top it off, they didn't even have a size chart, so I had to do some serious detective work to figure out my size. When I reached out to their customer service, they just ignored me like I was old news. And get this - they wanted me to pay for shipping to return the shoes, and claimed there was damage to the box to only refund me 30%. It's a total mess, I tell you. I'm not messing around - I'm taking this all the way to the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan.
