I wouldn't trust FC‑Moto for safety gear after this — I needed a proper track helmet and this purchase failed. I ordered a hard-to-find helmet because my old one got a crack after a drop and I needed something legal for track days. At first I figured, they sold to me before so whatever. The helmet arrived marked "new" but had a manufacturing date six years earlier, so it's basically unusable for track use. I contacted support, they promised a return label and answers, and that promise evaporated — no label, no clear explanation. They refused to provide manufacture dates before purchase and dodged questions about the defect. It felt like they weren't willing to stand behind safety; that’s the part that made me really skeptical. On the bright side, I learned to double-check dates and now buy vital gear from sellers who actually back their products. Not happy about the hassle, but at least I know what to watch for and ended up with a legit replacement elsewhere.

Late boots, worse follow-up
I usually don’t write long rants but this one stuck with me — ordered a pair of boots that were supposed to show up in 3–5 working days and instead disappeared into the void for nearly two weeks. Compared to other retailers who at least offer easy exchanges, this was clunky and disappointing. Customer service was polite at times but ultimately unhelpful and inconsistent. If delivery timing and reliable follow-through matter to you, be cautious — I’ll think twice before ordering from them again.

If you don’t mind chasing and possibly refusing a parcel if it finally shows up, go ahead. One quick tip for the company — read emails before replying and have someone actually call DHL when tracking stalls. That would save a lot of frustration.

Missing-paperwork mess
I remember opening the tracking and feeling that knot in my stomach — right in the middle of expecting something nice, basically. I ended up doing the customs declaration myself (not fun if you're not a pro and don't know the codes) and paying a huge fee to DHL — about $866 more than expected — to retrieve the package. Part of that was import tax (I accepted around $230 of it) and part was handling, late fees, and whatever else accumulated while the box sat there.
So the thing actually arrived in the end, but it wasn't smooth, and it sure wasn't cheap. I get that customs exist and sometimes stuff happens, but the seller's lack of clear paperwork and slow communication made a solvable situation expensive and stressful. Compared to other companies that have proactively fixed similar hiccups for me, this one felt indifferent. Elron mesh jacket
I just got an Elron mesh jacket from FC-Moto, and I have to say, their customer service is amazing. The back protector on my order was damaged when it arrived, but when I reached out to FC-Moto about it, they quickly sent me a replacement without any questions. I really appreciate how responsive and dedicated they are to making sure customers are happy. I'm thankful for their quick help, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Berik suit purchase
I bought a motorcycle suit from this company not long ago and ran into some problems on my first ride. I contacted their customer service team, told them about the issue, and even sent them some photos. I gotta tell you, my shopping experience at FC-Moto was surprisingly awesome. Unlike some other online stores, these guys really know how to offer good stuff at fair prices. I ended up saving a good amount of cash even with import fees, and everything I got fits perfectly. The helmet is a little tight, but I'm sure it will break in nicely. The boots were a bit stiff at first, but they've loosened up after a few weeks. The goggles I picked out match the helmet perfectly, and those summer gloves are just what I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic shopping trip and I'll definitely be back for more gear in the future.
