Bought Shark S-Drak helmet. It came with broken jaw brackets. I sent it back with Return Form to Retouren Department. They emailed me that it was repaired and sent it back to me - nothing was fixed at all. Ok, second try plus I contacted Customer Support - the parcel wasn't even picked up by them so it came back and I had to pay the return fee one more time. That's how they work - instead of repair/exchange the send it back to you till you give up on it.
