I really like the shoes but the return setup almost ruined the whole thing. Jumping back in — they fit great, look good, comfy for daily wear — but when the size was off I ran into a brick wall. You have to drop the package at a pickup point or arrange a courier to bring it to a physical location; no home pickup, no easy option. I’ve got a leg thing so getting out is hard and support was meh, so I’m basically stuck unless I force a trip. It works fine if you can get around, and honestly I’d buy again, but please offer door pickup or prepaid returns — that would make it perfect.
Surprisingly comfy, mixed feelings
pretty slick. Sliding them on felt great, super comfy, cushioned in the right spots and a snug fit; I wore them a whole afternoon walking and they held up. Small things: stitching wasn't perfectly straight, and the box/labels seemed off (made me pause). I told a buddy and we both tried to check with the brand—shop said they source direct, brand replied they don't deal with that seller, so, weird. Customer chat was friendly but evasive. Overall I like how they feel and would wear them again, just be aware there's some uncertainty about authenticity and packaging; not flawless, but usable and comfy.
Shoes vanished—pickup confusion
My husband ordered Hokas for our morning runs, we run every day so I was excited-ish. Got a shipping email, then nada at the pickup point. I emailed customer service twice, no real reply. Pickup staff were oddly helpful though, so small win. Kind of annoying, but we managed.

No customs fees, which was a pleasant surprise. Shoes looked fine at first glance, but on closer inspection there's a tiny mark on the suede of one and a small scratch on the leather of the other. Not worth sending back for me. Customer updates were clear and helpful, kept me informed the whole time.
The moment I finally relaxed
I was halfway through dinner when I got the notice from DHL about an extra import fee — annoying. I’d already paid for the order and shipping, so I braced for a fight. I messaged the seller and, to my surprise, they actually responded, explained what happened and offered to cover part of the brokerage fee. That’s the exact moment I relaxed and felt like, okay, they’ve got this — and then the box showed up fine a few days later. Not perfect — I wish the site had been clearer about possible customs costs — but compared to other places that just leave you hanging, I’m glad it worked out.
Solid UGGs, minimal fuss
I needed a comfy pair because my lower back has been acting up and last time I bought what turned out to be fake boots, so I was nervous ordering two pairs. Delivery was actually fast, came with tracking and no damage, which mattered. Customer service answered a question about sizing within a day and was straightforward. Fit-wise I usually wear a US 5 but got size 4 here and they broke in after a few days. The back strap wouldn't catch at first, wore them in and now it's fine. Overall fine, low fuss, I'm pleased.
