My framed items
Ugh, I had like six things framed at this one place, and can you believe it? Three of them came out all jacked up! The first one had a wonky frame, like it wasn't put together right at all. And this place isn't even super cheap, you know? Then, the second one had my photo all scratched up and gum stuck to it. Ew. They said they'd reframe it for free, but only if I gave them a new photo. Like, seriously? They didn't offer to cover the cost of a new print or shipping or anything. And the third one was the worst - they left a fingerprint on my fancy lithograph. Their solution was just to make the matting bigger to hide it. Can you believe that? When I told them I wasn't okay with that, they went ahead and did it anyway without even asking. So rude and unprofessional.
Lost package, unhelpful investigation process
I had a package go missing using this service and I was really let down by how unhelpful the investigation process was. They told me to wait 10 days for an investigation with UPS, which I thought was not enough and super aggravating. I wish I had gone with a more reliable option, even if it meant spending more money in person.
Framed photo prints
I just bought some framed photo prints from this company and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The frames and prints were just awful. Everything about my order seemed off. My advice? Stay far away from this company and support your local frame shop instead. These folks clearly have no clue what they're doing.
Gallery wall purchase
I just got this gallery wall, and let me tell you, it was a major letdown. Even though the consultation was alright, when it arrived, there was a missing photo and frame. And to top it off, one of the hooks broke as soon as I tried to hang it up! I feel like I got totally ripped off after shelling out more than a grand. I was expecting way better quality for that kind of money.
Medium frame, promo code issue
My experience with this company was terrible. The first time I tried their services, it was a complete disaster. They did give me a free medium frame, which was nice, but everything else about my experience was negative. When I tried to use the promo code they provided me, it didn't work. When I contacted customer service, they actually suggested that the promo code they gave me was fraudulent. How could that be? It's crazy that their own company could be so disorganized. I'm definitely going to steer clear of this company in the future. They made a bad first impression, and unfortunately, they're living up to it.
Custom Framed Artwork
I recently bought some custom framed artwork from this company, and I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about the quality of what I got. Both pieces I ordered had problems - one had uneven backs that made it impossible to hang flat on the wall, and the other showed up totally out of the frame, which messed up the artwork. I was really hoping for better craftsmanship from a company with such a good rep.
