Beautiful painting for dining room
I wasn't totally sure at first, but man, the painting I ordered is just amazing! It got here crazy fast and was wrapped up so nice. The service was top of the line and I totally felt like a VIP. They dropped it off quick in this fancy wooden box. I'm so in love with my new painting, it totally steals the show in my dining room!

Lost package, unhelpful investigation process
I had a package go missing using this service and I was really let down by how unhelpful the investigation process was. They told me to wait 10 days for an investigation with UPS, which I thought was not enough and super aggravating. I wish I had gone with a more reliable option, even if it meant spending more money in person.
