This company said they have really great customer service, super fast shipping, and top-notch products, but from my experience, that wasn't the case at all. The customer service was pretty bad, the shipping took forever, and the product didn't meet its promises. Saying I was disappointed is an understatement.

Their customer service was practically non-existent, the whole process of ordering was a complete nightmare, and don't even get me started on the prices - they were outrageous!
