the place looks high-end, a little tense, but the associates tried to be helpful — maybe a bit too alert, which felt odd at first. I bought a higher-end pair than planned because my wife really loved them, and then had to swap sizes a few days later. That’s where the service part surprised me: the exchange was handled faster than I thought. The staff on the exchange day were efficient and the manager personally made sure the new pair was boxed and shipped to our house the next morning. Delivery was spot-on — neat packaging, no drama, arrived when they said it would. Not everything was perfect: there were a couple of awkward pauses at the register and one employee could’ve used a softer tone, but overall they fixed the issues and followed through. Using the shoes started right away — she wore them to holiday parties and got a ton of compliments. So yeah, mixed feelings in the moment, but the quick follow-up and reliable delivery turned it around. If you need something fast and don’t mind a slightly formal boutique vibe, this place will do the job.
Rocky start, but the support came through
the switch wasn’t smooth at first. There were delays, some missed promises, and I felt like I was talking into a void for a while. But what stood out in the end was how the delivery and customer service handled things once they actually stepped in.
Shoes felt fine, paperwork and refunds did not
warehouse shipped to the wrong address, DHL sent them back, and I was told a refund was on its way. It’s been over three weeks and nada. I’ve called more than ten times, emailed a bank statement, and every rep says “we refunded you” (right). The shoes themselves? Not terrible, actually—if they fit they’d probably be fine—but the handling and lack of clear refund makes me regret buying. I’m arranging legal help now because it’s a lot of money to just vanish.
Weird vibe, great sneakers — mixed feelings
I walked in juggling a coffee and gift-wrap ideas, just trying to pick out sneakers for my wife, and the whole visit felt... off. The shoes themselves are really nice — the leather and stitching look solid, they feel special when she wears them around the neighborhood and even on her commute — but the staff interaction was the low point. Right when we arrived a few employees suddenly hovered near the register and one person acted like they were rearranging things by the door, which put a weird cloud over the whole thing. I stuck it out mostly because it was close to the holiday and she really wanted them. After paying (yes, expensive), a manager spoke to me in a brusque way that made me bite my tongue. I tried to stay calm.
A few days later we had to go back for a size exchange and the same sales associate was there, still curt with us — and our six-year-old was along for the trip, so that made it even more awkward. That’s when I finally spoke up. I don’t want to make drama, but I also don’t want to be treated like I don’t belong. On the plus side, the exchange was handled and the replacement pair fits perfectly; my wife wears them a lot now and they’ve held up. So yeah, not perfect — excellent product, shaky customer experience. I probably won’t go back to that specific store because of the vibe, but the shoes themselves are worth considering if you can look past the in-store nonsense.
