I went back and forth on ordering because the site felt a little too good to be true, and yeah, I should’ve listened to that tiny alarm bell. My April 2023 package showed up with disappointing quality, plus a few items were missing. I opened a return in May, paid the return postage myself, and sent over the receipt and tracking as requested. They told me the refund would take three to seven business days. That sounded simple enough. But the tracking shows they got the return, and I still haven’t received the $250.60 refund or the $17.38 shipping cost. Emails after that went nowhere. Maybe there’s an explanation, but from my side it’s been incredibly frustrating. I’d avoid ordering unless you’re ready to chase customer service.
