I agree with the review below. The company is scamming the US buyers by not stating the hair dryer is not compatible with the US electric plugs. I also contacted their customer service and I have not had a response. Believe me the company does not intend to respond.
I reviewed the hairdryer on the Hereshon website with my issues and the company will not post it. There are only 5star reviews posted .it’s fraudulent.

I received an email from Hershesons and ordered a hair dryer online. No where did it reference that this hair dryer is NOT compatible with the electrical outlets in the USA. I emailed the company 5 days ago asking for a return authorization and have not heard back from them. Why would you advertise in the USA if your product is not compatible there? Do not order if you intend to use their products in the USA.
