Online beauty purchase
I was really let down by how my package wasn't getting updated. I mean, come on. I'm a customer, so I think it's only fair to get some more clear communication, right? I trusted this company, but the whole shipping process just felt all over the place and not as smooth as I would've thought. It's super important for companies to get their act together when it comes to shipping, both to keep up their good reputation and make sure customers are happy.
Delayed Shipping
I ordered some stuff about a month ago and I've been waiting for it patiently. But it's been "ready for shipment" for like ten days and I still haven't heard anything about where it is. I even emailed Hourglass and Global-e, but no one has gotten back to me about my order. It's really annoying that no one is keeping me in the loop, especially since I spent a lot of cash on these items.
My all time favorite
Hourglass is one of those makeup sites where i can shop without worrying about what i am buying . All of the things are really good and amazing in quality. I recently bought the instant extension mascara and its just fabulous. I love how easy for me to get the beautiful extension everytime. It takes less time and its much better than using the extension for real. The application is simple and i can do with out any hassle
The price is decent and i love the complete experience. So yeah i am really good with this
I also recommend Soft focus setting spray is also recent but one of the best . Its light but also awesome
