I wanted to share my recent experience with an online purchase I made for a special occasion. I was really disappointed with the service I got. I paid extra for fast shipping, but ended up getting someone else's order with my name and address on it. After reaching out to customer service, I was told to send back the wrong order, which I did right away. But even after weeks passed, I never got my right order or a refund. It was super frustrating and I had to end up canceling my order. The customer service from that online store is terrible and it left me feeling cheated and unhappy.
