Late delivery and great follow-up
Our order got held up, but Ella was really great about keeping us in the loop and making sure our missing items were quickly replaced. We were really impressed by how on top of things she was and we're so grateful for her help.
Quick purchase, easy return
I just bought something from this store the other day, but it turns out I didn't need it after all, so I had to return it. Ordering it was a breeze, but I gotta say, I was really impressed with how the customer service team handled my return. They were super helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It's not often you come across such great customer service, so it was really nice to have such a positive experience.

I Googled to find this product and order from this website, rather than all the results that came up for ordering via AMAZON. I do not use AMAZON for any purchases, PERIOD. After placing my order, I got a single email confirmation and tracking number. For a week I clicked to track and it kept coming up no tracking results available at this time. I emailed the support team twice within the week and nothing. Finally I went to my post box and the product had arrived. It was sent via AMAZON, which is even more disappointing than not ever getting tracking information. If a site is going to utilize the big monster of AMAZON, you need to CLEARLY state such, so customers can decide if they want to support AMAZON, which 100% DO NOT.

I ordered a 5# bag of noodles and was charged $56.60. When I received the noodles it was 2# bag with a price of $35.99. With many phone calls could not get a solution to my problem. Will not use this company again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
Tony Pakos pickles and peppers
web site showed 6 jars of pickles for $30.30 for a special. However, after accepting my order information and credit card info, they only shipped one jar for $30.30. After many
Emails, they would not correct. No way anybody would pay $30.30 for one jar of pickles.
In fact they said they couldn't even find my order.3 bottles Morton & Bassett bay leaves
Ordered in early January, complained about non-delivery the end of February and was told that it was it was being shipped to the UK from the US so it would take longer. As of the middle of March that shipment has not appeared but items I ordered from the US in the middle of February have long since. Hmmmmm. Seems a bit dodgy to me.
Update: I received one bottle on April 6th. I ordered 3 in January. Luckily I kept the credit card statement.

Very shady, ordered an item. Asked for tracking info 3 different times and kept getting excuses. One time was told it'd be delivered in 2 weeks, next time it was coming from China so delivery would be delayed website never stated it was coming from overseas, last time was it would be delivered in 3-7 days. Asked for a refund and was given one without a fight. Very shady
